My background includes 26 years in nutrition, 21 years as a business owner, and a successful career as a Professional Cleaning Contractor in the Commercial Construction Industry. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I expanded my expertise into fitness, becoming a board-certified specialty coach in both fitness and nutrition. As a single mother of four adult children and grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters, I understand the complexities of balancing life, health, and purpose.
