Believe in others; because sometimes, we need others to believe in us so we can believe in ourselves. But remember, the most potent belief comes from within. Trust in your abilities, your potential, and your worth. This self-belief is the key to unlocking your true potential.

Be the person who inspires others to believe in themselves, for there are moments when we rely on the belief of others to ignite our confidence and, more importantly, our worth.

Many of us may not have experienced the emotional nurturing a child needs from a parent to cultivate an inner sense and understanding of self-worth. But this does not diminish our worth. We may have found specific talents and skills that gave us confidence, but the underlying void of self-worth has held us back. We may be in a season where we are weary from the overwhelm and must reach out for help. Reaching out is not a weakness; it’s a strength, and who we reach out to makes all the difference. It’s time to recognize our personal worth, to understand that we are valuable and capable, and to break free from self-limiting thoughts.

I have experienced this and still can when I am up against life’s obstacles. Ideally, those that we love the most are the ones who believe in us. The reality is that is only sometimes the case. Does that make me any less> not? It’s a wake-up call to find people with a growth mindset and surround myself with them. This could include a coach who specializes in personal growth, a mastermind group focused on self-improvement, an accountability group that supports your goals, or a faith-based group with solid Biblical teaching. Learning to be aware of who and what you need will create the balance you need to believe in yourself and encourage others to believe in themselves, too.

I believe in you and, as a coach, would love to help you identify your obstacles of self-doubt so you can fully embrace your worth and be confident that you can accomplish your dreams. There’s no reason to lose any more valuable time to the struggle. Message me today.

Love,

Sheri Lea
